If you’ve made a hobby form in the past, you can just change the date and resend it to accounts@getweird.com.au

1. Download & Fill out the Hobby Form linked below

2. The best way to fill it out is with a computer or phone with a PDF editor such as Preview (Mac) to fill the boxes and add a signature. Otherwise you can take a photo or scan your Hobby Form,

3. On the form it will ask you to tick some boxes, please tick
   "The supplier is an individual and has given the payer a written statement to the effect that the supply is either: made in the course or furtherance of an activity done as a private recreational pursuit or hobby”

4. Once filled out, email a copy (if you print it ensure it’s a high quality photo/scan)
   to accounts@getweird.com.au

5. Make sure you fill out the bottom section, this is your details as you’re the supplier.
